All Herbalife products have a 30 day money-back guarantee. To make a return simply send us the unused portion of the product along with the return form within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us to obtain the authorized return form.
CAREFULLY INSPECT PRODUCTS AT TIME OF RECEIPT
For your protection, we request that you thoroughly inspect all merchandise upon receipt. You must notify us of any discrepancies within 7 days after the receipt of the merchandise. Any shipping errors on our part will be corrected only after verification of the error (such as duplicate deliveries, incorrectly shipped merchandise, etc.)
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as personal check. All orders paid for by check will be held until funds have cleared issuers bank. To expedite your order you may call us and provide your check information over the phone.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. The shipping costs to return the products are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
CASH REFUNDS
There are NO cash refunds on credit card purchases.
EXCHANGES
If an item is exchanged, new shipping and handling fees will be added.
SALES RECEIPTS
A copy of the sales receipt must accompany all returns. Your return authorization number must accompany all returns. To obtain a return authorization number you must call our customer service line at 949-645-6677 prior to shipping your return.
LOST OR STOLEN RETURNED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you keep proper Proof of Delivery.
